When you click 'Start Your Song' the first things you'll be asked for are details about who the song is for and what the occasion is.
Next you select song preferences, we'll show you some artists that match your selection and you can check our their music and bio.
After selecting your artist, you'll be given a list of prompts to choose and answer, building the story of your song.
The artist you've chosen will receive all the details needed to create your song. After creation, they'll send it to us for quality checks.

Within 3-10 days, we will notify you that your song is ready and you can now download, listen to on streaming services, add it to all your playlists and send it to your loved ones!

Start Your Song
Due to the unique nature of each project, artists may spend varying amounts of time crafting your personalized song. While they might be handling multiple assignments, we always strive to ensure that your song is delivered within a maximum of 2 weeks. If for any reason it isn't delivered in this time frame, you are entitled to request a refund, granted the artist hasn't uploaded it by then.
We understand that music is subjective. However, due to the effort and time our artists invest, we unfortunately can't offer refunds once a song has been completed. Our internal quality checks are stringent, and we're confident that if a song passes them, you'll truly appreciate it.
Absolutely! We encourage you to share as much information and inspiration as you can to guide our artists. The more specific you are, the more personalized your song will be.
