LyriGift Ltd ("we", "our", or "us") operates the LyriGift website (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"). This Refund Policy is applicable to all users who engage and make purchases through our Service.

24-Hour Cancellation Window

If for any reason you wish to cancel your order, you may do so within 24 hours of placing it. We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances or accidental orders can occur, and we offer this window to accommodate such situations. Any cancellations made within this time frame will be eligible for a full refund.

No Refund after 24 Hours & Before Delivery

Once the 24-hour window has passed, no refund requests will be entertained until the service delivery time exceeds 2 weeks. Each custom song is meticulously crafted, and artists invest significant time and effort to ensure its uniqueness and quality. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this period.

Extended Delivery Window

If a song's production takes longer than 2 weeks, we acknowledge the inconvenience this may cause. In such cases, clients have the right to request a full refund if they haven't yet received their custom song.

No Refund After Delivery

Once a song has been produced and successfully passed our quality checks, no refunds will be provided. Given the nature of our Service, it's essential to understand that the creation of a custom song is an irreversible process, and artists are compensated for their invaluable creativity.
